Dr Adam Carey
Dr Adam Carey is an accredited Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a
sub-specialist interest in reproductive endocrinology and nutrition. Over the
last 10 years he has pioneered performance nutrition and has been director of
nutrition for the England Rugby Football Union and nutritionist for Celebrity
Fit Club. He is director of Corperformance Consulting which delivers
nutritional coaching programmes that improve employee performance and
wellbeing, whilst reducing absenteeism. He is nutritional advisor to Focus on
Food - an educational charity.

Dr Ann Walker
Dr Ann Walker is Senior Lecturer in Human Nutrition at The University of
Reading. She has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol and a PhD
in Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Reading. In addition to
being a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (UK) and the
College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy (UK) she is a director of the British
Herbal Medicine Association and of the Herb Society.
Dr Sarah Brewer
Dr Sarah Brewer qualified as a GP from Cambridge University. She now works in
health communication and writes widely on all aspects of conventional and
complimentary medicine. She has written over 40 popular self help-books and
